Thank You For Your Interest In Our Services, The Following Is A Re-cap Of What Really Happened And Not A Bunch Of LiesWe Were Called Out By [redacted] , To Repair His Generator That Was Installed By Someone Else And That He NeededIt Fixed As He Was Selling His HouseWe Sent A Junior Tech Out And Checked Over The Unit And Found That The Stepper Motor Was Not WorkingI Just Happened To Be Close By And Stopped By To See If He Needed Anything Off Of My TruckWhen I Pulled UpHe Was Coming Up The Hill From The Rear Yard, I Was Sitting In My Truck When He Told Me The Problem Was A Bad Stepper Motor, I Did Not Have That One And Asked HimTo GO Back To The Generator And Take A Picture Of The Model And Serial Number Plate Or Write It DownOn Paper So That I Could Order The Right PartAll This Time [redacted] Was Standing There And I Was Explaining To Her What He Found Wrong And What We Needed To Do To Correct ProblemNote, She Was Only Charged For A Half Hour Service Call And Was Not Asked To Pay For Call Until We Installed The New PartWe Ordered The New Part And Returned When It Came In About A Week Later, [redacted] Is Very Slow In Shipping PartsWe Installed The Parts And The Unit Was Working Fine, Again Was Only Charged For Half Hour To Replace Part And Cost Of PartWe Had To Come Back Seven Weeks Later When THey Called And Said Unit Was Not Working Again, Understand That This Unit Lacked Preventive MaintenanceWhen We Came Out We Found A Very Dirty Filter And Unit Was Going Off On Overcrank Due To Low Air FlowReplaced Air Filter And Was Working Fine, Charged For Half Hour And Air FilterWe Locked Unit With Our Master KeyWe Do Not Steal Customer Keys When Every Generator Comes With Four (4) Keys And We Keep In Stock Over Extra Keys At The Shop For Customers Who Lose There KeysWhy Would We Take There Key When We Have Master Keys To All Units? We Had One Off The Owners StopBy On His Way Home And Drop Off A Set Of Keys For Them AnywayAll Keys To That Model Are The Same, So We Did Not Give Them A Bad Or Wrong Key, You Have To Press Down On The Lid Very Hard To Release The LockThis Is Done To Keep The ExhaustFrom Coming Out Of Lid And To Go Out Exhaust GrillWhen We Sent A Tech Out On 9-12-He Unlocked The Unit With No Problem And Gave The Realtor Another Set Of KeysHe Fixed Unit, Cycled And Told Customer To Check Unit This Weekend When It Exercises For Minutes To See How It Does And If There Was Still A Green Light On The Right Side Of UnitAs For The Comment About Shoddy Work, I Do Not See What Was Done That Is Shoddy , If They Are Refering To Me Not Getting Out Of The Truck, I Have Two Bad Knees That Need To Be Operated On And A Left Leg That Has Cellulitis And Lymphedema From A Work Related AccidentI Can Not Go Up And Down Hills, Nor Do Steps Without Great PainAgain, We Do Not GO Around And Steal Customers Keys, Very Petty CommentWe Will Gladly Give Customers A Set Of Keys If They Lose ThemAlso The Comment About Refusal To Take Her Call, There Was No Refusal, [redacted] Called On A Thursday The Eighth Of September And Wanted Someone Out Right A WayShe Was Told That We Were To Busy And That We Could Not Get Out Until Tuesday The l3th Of SeptemberWe Had A Opening Come Up On Monday Afternoon And We Sent A Tech Over There To Check Her Unit.I Think That We Are Due AApology For The Comments That Were Made About Us And The Company That Were Not TrueI Understand That These Are Two Powerful People And Could Put Us Out Of Business, But There Is No Reason To Lie To Get Work Done For FreeWe Have BeenIn BUsiness Since 1977, And All Our Work Is By Word Of MouthI Am Requesting A Letter Of Response To This ComplaintAgain, Thank You For Your Attention To This Matter And A Response To This Problem.Respectfully,Ian J [redacted] , President

All Keys To That Model Are The Same, So We Did Not Give Them A Bad Or Wrong Key, You Have To Press Down On The Lid Very Hard To Release The Lock. This Is Done To Keep The Exhaust.
