The business sent him the warranty on March 17th, but the consumer was unable open itAfter that date, the business did not received an email or phone call from consumer about the Mastic

The product warranty from Mastic is usually registered by the consumerThe business is not responsible for doing so; but as a courtesy, they have done so for this consumerThe business has contacted the manufacturer regarding the consumer's concern and the manufacturer will send the warranty registration info to both the business and to the consumerThe business owner will follow up with the consumer once he receives it
Again, any complaint should be forwarded to the manufacturer, not the installer

I was contacted by JBL and told I would receive a copy of the warranty delivered to me personally by the owner of JBL - to date I have not received this warranty - furthermore, he states that he has no record of my emails/phone calls - I explained to him all my emails and phone calls went to an employee *** senior restoration specialist at his email and not directly to JBL

I spoke to Jonathan, which was the salesman who inspected Mr [redacted]'s roof. Jonathan was adamant that he never vandalized Mr [redacted]'s roof. There were several homes in Mr [redacted]'s neighborhood that were damaged from the storms that came...

through the area in February and again in April. As a matter of fact, two houses that were found to have damage by the insurance company from the February storms, had more damage as a result of the storms that came through in April. As a result of the additional damage from the April storm, we had to go back and repair these homeowners roof, while they waited on the funds from their insurance company. We never take lightly the claim of vandalism, as we have a very great reputation that we take pride in as a company. We have no problem helping Mr [redacted] out with any repair that is needed, but in no way will we pay another contractor to do so, since we are at no fault in this situation. To claim that we vandalized his roof without any proof is absurd, especially since several other homeowners in his neighborhood had similar damage from the storms.
