Revdex.com Corporate Office La Posada DR Austin, Texas September 11, Attention: [redacted] ***, Dispute Resolution Specialist In regards to Complaint: ID # [redacted] Customer brought in an outside Rx (script) from a Dr [redacted] ***, MD on 06-11-Order of glasses/lenses were ordered and dispensed 07-03-Customer complaint that her vision is blurry, she was advised by Manager, [redacted] that Rx script was made according to the Rx the doctor wrote outShe did ask for a refund, she was explained store policy, she would be charged for the lenses, due to the fact they could not be returned for a full creditLenses were made to her RxShe was advised to go back to Dr [redacted] and get a re-checkShe would is allowed a onetime drs change at NO COST to her for remake on the lensesCustomer returned with new (2nd) Rx, dated 07-15-with a different Rx and so lenses were remade again to new Rx at NO charge to the customerOn 07-22-2015, customer returned that she is still having difficulty seeing with the glassesShe was referred back to speak to the doctor and find out why she could still not seeShe was given another Rx change on 08-07-by her doctor, again THEY changed the RxCustomer returned again for the 3rd time and 2nd Rx (remake) changeStore policy will ONLY do a ONE time NO COST Rx change to customersShe was told if she wanted 2nd REMAKE she would be charged 50% cost of the lensesCustomer is not entitled to a full refund, Trinity Vision is billed for her original, and 50% for the 2nd remakeWE would refund her 50% of the cost of the lensesTrinity Vision, has explain to the customer this is not the fault of the store or the LabWE fill the Rx accordingly to the doctor's ordersWe advise customer to take her complaint to a manager at the San Antonio Eye Center OfficeThis errors are part of the doctor whom is testing her eyesPlease fill free to contact me for any other question or concerns [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: This letter is in regard to case # [redacted]. I am not able to accomplish anything, concerning a refund of the $194 I gave to [redacted], in June of 2015. She keeps on calling, telling me to go to my optometrist, and have them straighten this problem out. I have already gone to them, twice now, they are also not wanting to be any responsible party, concerning the blurry glasses they tried to give me. Isn't it possible for someone from your offices to just go over there to Trinity Vision? This keeps going around in circles, when your paperwork says you handle cases of non-delivery of goods, improper selling practices, unfulfilled contracts, poor product or service quality, etc.Please let me know anything at all about my case, 3 months have gone by, and it's the same old thing, she calls and calls, refusing to return that money, and all I get from social security is $340 per month.Sincerely,[redacted]
