Review: My husband and I moved out of an apartment managed by JBM Estates Aug. [redacted] 2015. I have since spoken to someone at the office 4 times, in addition to sending them an email as advised by one of the employees I spoke with as we are trying to obtain our security deposit in the amount of $1821.39. The last individual I had spoken to who advised me to email all the necessary information and it would be "taken care of" was sara. We have yet to hear back or receive our deposit. I called JBM estates this morning again, was told that "sara" hadn't worked for them for 2 months and they are unsure who I spoke with. My conversation with "sara" and email to her was on Oct.[redacted] 2015. Every time I reach someone at the business I am told "[redacted]" with no recollection of my previous request and no inquiry of where to send my deposit. I have been calling since late August with no results.Desired Settlement: My husband and I want to receive our security deposit as requested for the last 6+ weeks.
