Sorry Ms. , for removing all of the trash on your property for removing the hazardous deck on the back of your house for removing 2 sheds filled with human diapers and hazardous waste , it was unfortunate that two bushes were removed during the process and a branch Limb was cut but I believe the word damage is no where near what we did we started a process that is extremely difficult for you which we understand , as far as the dumpster company Incident I am extremely sorry for their unprofessional employee who is no longer with them with this being said me and the dumpster company agree to wave there fee due to this incident , but I do have before and after pictures of the work you requested and the work that got done but once again I am extremely sorry for the situation you are in and are going through I know it was really hard to start this process of removing meaningful things and we are only here to help

You were paid to remove the trash not to remove deck the stairs you put back so we could use back entrance has been ruled unsafe by Chatham county the extra dumpster was removed early there were 11 trees cut down or damaged and damage was done to stairway when box springs was being removed

You mentioned that after was waived I hope that means I will receive a refund since this was included in the contract

Hired JB Construction on 6/3 to do a "2-3 weeks at most" renovation. *** had a family emergency and basically disappeared after doing the demo work.
Hired *** on 6/3... he worked for a few days and had a family emergency in ***. He came back the following week and worked for a few days and left again. He hasn't been back. I had to go pick up his helper to try and get the rest of the work done which lasted 2 days until *** fired him remotely. Then I was left with nobody and live wires sticking out of the walls in my house. Ended up that I had to take 4 days off of work to do construction myself to meet some other deadlines we had for other contractors to come in.

*** eventually has had some other people come in and out, but I have to beg him for a week at a time to please send someone to come finish things up.. I has to clean all of his equipment out of my house and out in his trailer, which sat for over a month before someone finally came and took it away.

it's still not done, and he isn't responding.

Desired Outcome

Would love it if they would at least finish the job right.. he told me sorry and that he would have someone pressure wash my house to make it up to me.. but that was before things really started to fail. He doesn't respond but once a week or so.. so I'm not sure I can count on him to try and make it right.

I hired JB Construction to repair wood rot and paint my house (siding and trim) on March 16, 2018. I was told it was a two week project. As of May 1, the work is still not complete and the work that was done is of very poor quality. They didn't sand or scrape areas before painting. The areas they did repair look awful. They broke my self retracting hose reel and dumped white paint in my front yard. The crew was messy and left nails all over from the repairs, which I had to clean up. They didn't notice rotten window frames on the bottom floor and asked for additional money to replace them. The siding was spray painted and is all splotchy and streaky. They used INTERIOR paint to paint the exterior trim (I have a picture of the paint they used). The siding that was replaced with brand new siding had chips on the bottom edge and were filled in. I asked the painters to NOT paint the brand new aluminum chimney cap, but they sprayed paint on the chimney cap.
Product_Or_Service: Home painting and repair

Desired Outcome

Refund I paid JB Construction $6200.00 of the agreed contracted amount of $9850.00. I request the whole $6200.00 to be refunded so I can hire another contractor to complete the job correctly. I did have another *** independent contractor come out and he verified the quality of the work was extremely poor.
