I am rejecting this response because: they still have not provided any receipts or any proof. They need to pay us first before we cancel service. They can't just take away 3 years of grease and tell us we are free to go if we want. I want them to refund.  I am willing to sit down and discuss. They are also lying about the value of grease. The value has been going up and up every year.
