As one of the Tucsonians that has had the misfortune in having our air conditioning unit malfunction during the start of the record breaking heat, we were privileged enough to have come across [redacted] for an A/C technician. We were definitely in a position of distress, especially with my wife being pregnant. [redacted] and his wife (assistant) eased our concerns with great professionalism and care. They continued to go above and beyond by getting our system fully functional within a days time, including ordering parts, installation, and system checkout. [redacted] and his wife worked to get our system up and going even with a completely booked schedule. I would recommend [redacted] to anyone with any A/C or Heating needs and/or questions and will definitely go back to him for any of my possible services in the future.

[redacted] arrived a little early for the appointment for an AC Service. AC unit passed with flying colors and got a clean bill of health. Unit is 14 years old and has not been serviced since I moved into the house 7 years ago. I appreciated the fact that [redacted] didn't try to sell me this and that. No non-sense, and that's what I liked. Gave me a couple of pointers etc etc. Service was concluded in about 30 minutes and for a reasonable price, and a piece of mind. Thank You!
