Review: While driving down the highway my fender flare blew off. From what JC Auto said the 2 sided tape failed that they used. They got another one and painted it but was the wrong one. Then they have emailed me a pix of another Lexus asking if it was the same year and I said yes. But have not heard back. I have went to the shop (JC Auto) about 10 times and no one does nothing or even calls me back. They should have fixed this problem ASAP its been 6 months now.Desired Settlement: I want to take it to another shop of my choice to have it fixed right.

Mr. [redacted] had brought his 1997 LX450 on May 2nd for a fender replacement and fender flare repair (since a bran new one was over 900dls list price.) Mr. [redacted] was aware that the fender would not be an OEM part and authorized the repair. The fender flare does not only have double tape to help it attach to the fender, it also has a series of clips which makes it impossible to simply fly off with wind on the freeway. When Mr. [redacted] came in stating that the flare came off we did not decline to replace it because we pride ourselves in good customer service so we agreed to find an used fender flare. Unfortunately there has not been any available for that particular car.. We've been in contact with keystone at least 3 times in the last month and none have came available.. We understand that time has passed and mr. [redacted] may be upset, so the best thing we can do now is split the cost for a new moulding with him. If he chooses to have it painted and installed by any other shop than he shall be responsible for what they charge if not we have no problem doing it at no charge here. Thank you!
