I am rejecting this response because: Dear Miriam, Thank you for been help I refuse Chen’s require, Also I would like to require MrChen refund to me $60,of the project expenseHere is the reasons: 1.The project took over a year and the project only completed 40%, however, I already paid to Chen $105,Please see the attachmentAs you can see the first payment was 03/22/which it’s a year ago2.MrChen didn’t use the same material he mentioned on the contract Because Mr.Chen used the poor quality material, as a result Most part of the completed project is already brokenPlease see the rest of attachment shows the broken parts3.Mr.Chen knew that I wasn’t in U.S for awhile, I never received any email or text message from Mr.ChenHe never contacts with me when I’m in ChinaI’m the owner and he should not contact to my employees without my permissionThe project should be done in six months agoMr.Chen deceive the owner, he threatens the owner if he wants he can delay the project forever, such as yearsI would like to ask MrChen repair the parts of damaged and refundThank youBest regards, [redacted] ***
