I've never experienced such horrible service in my life! I don't tolerate poor communication, poor service and not resolving an issue. Our driver was sweet but had a very aloof demeanor. He was timid, nervous and as I watched his driving he was not in any shape to operate a bus. He told us that he took his blood pressure medicine a few hours prior to departing and he stopped several times along the way to use the bathroom. Not cool and a very poor decision! And to top it off the bus would not accelerate past 45 mph- DANGEROUS! To make matters worse this was not the bus I originally contracted. I immediately called the emergency number to speak with the owner Joses C aka Mr. Joe/Mr. JC and explained what was going on. I told him that the check engine light was on, there was an acceleration issue, driver issue, the heat was not working properly and we needed assistance ASAP. He stated he would call his mechanic and would follow up soon. 40 mins passed and no word from Mr. Joe. This went on all through the day - I constantly had to call and text to get an update. We arrived late so we missed out on some parts of the tour that we paid for. Finally around 1245PM he said he was going to get a mechanic to come out in 1-2 hours or he would get a bus out to us by 5PM. I expressed major concern for our safety. We needed a functioning bus and an alert driver in good health because the tours required us to drive to various Harriet Tubman historical sites in Cambridge, MD. We never saw a mechanic or another bus throughout the entirety of the trip. It got worse heading home. Our driver could not see well at night, every turn in the road he would slow down to 20 mph because he couldn't see. He stopped at every flashing light thinking it was a railroad sign. We arrived back to Upper Marlboro, MD very late. There were no accidents or traffic that delayed us just his poor driving and the messed up bus.
