*** arrived at Max Nurtition with a complaint on a product we sell, *** Syntha-He asked what our return policy wasWe only accept unopened products with a receipt*** mentioned that the Seal on the *** Syntha-was broken inside the lidI asked if the plastic seal on the exterior was
sealed, he replied yesI asked to see the product, which he gladly showed meI could not find a seal errorI let *** choose another bottle of *** Syntha-as an exchange of product for the bennefit of the doubtHe cracked open the new bottle the plastic seal broke and the seal was intact under the lidHe said look this isnt sealed as wellI replied *** only seals the lid and when you open it it breaks the sealHe then said the product tasted funky which I said you can take the newly opened product or the old one but either way No Reciept No refund, too which *** stormed off crying victimOne of my assocites tryed the product left by *** and it tasted fine to himOur Contact at *** *** *** (Field Rep North California) Office: *** (ext***) said that if the Revdex.com has any questions regarding *** packaging or products to contact him

I am rejecting this response because: His response is not entirely accurateHe saw that the inside seal was in fact never sealed from the factory and said that there was a manufacturing defect but that theres nothing he could do about itI said he could return it and he said he could return one but they might ask questions if he tried to return multiple itemsHe also never asked for a receipt, not onceHe knows I bought it from him and I have a bank statement that says I bought it from himIf he wants to claim I did not buy it from him because he didn't give me a receipt as they always throw it away behind the counter then he will have no problem with me refuting the purchase with my credit card company since I didn't buy it from him because I have no receiptHe expressly exclaimed that he was surprised by the fact that the inner seal was not sealedthe outer piece of plastic was intact but the inner seal that seals the product for freshness was not sealed in any way whatsoever and he acknowledged thisI drank one scoop and got sick to my stomachIt gave me diarrheaThere are dairy products in the powder which is why it must be sealed for the consumers protection because it goes rancid otherwise just like any milk or egg product
