JC Construction recently completed a renovation of our bathroom for us I cannot say enough good things about [redacted] and his crew I've worked in the commercial construction industry for years and have dealt with many contractors and never have I known anyone to be as good about keeping a clean and tidy jobsite as *** Each day they left the site clean and neat and ready to start their next day’s progress They were always very prompt with start times each morning, and worked each evening to complete the work, and be ready for the next day’s tasks If [redacted] had questions for us on layout or small details, he would always be well prepared with questions and options Since I work from home, I was available to answer many questions, but I trust that if he would have made minor decisions without me- they would have been the right ones every time Our project took just short of four weeks from start to finish, and was only delayed by some other work we had going on in the house at the time [redacted] and his crew were very courteous of us, our pets and the other crews in the house They would lend a hand to others as needed We added some small scope changes, and his costs were very reasonable overall and for additional costs as well [redacted] even fixed a door that was not swinging correctly, because he saw a problem and wanted it to be solved- he didn’t charge me for it That’s just the type of guy he is I would hire JC Construction again for other projects and recommend wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a contractor with very solid skills and excellent work ethic Our bathroom is beautiful and wish we could have JC Construction redo our entire home today

Jerry's Plumbing did service MsD***The customer had a mainline stoppage with no ground level clean outWe went on the roof and cleared the mainlineWe also cleared a toilet stoppage We pulled back sanitary wipes from the mainline We explained to the customer that without a ground level cleanout, we can't properly access your drainWe also informed her not to use wipes Unfortunanely, we could not warranty her drains would be clear for days due to no clean out and wipes When she called us back, the customer only had a lavatory sink stoppageThe first time we were there, all drains were workingThis was a secondary problem, not part of the original scope of work M***, our plumber, indicated on the invoice, which the customer signed, that there was no warranty due to wipes and lack of cleanout
