Review: I paid [redacted] $140 to file my taxes on 2/**/13. Requests for copies of taxes from Federal and NYS went unanswered. Subsequently after many calls with no response, I found out that my taxes were never filed. I now owe a penalty to NYS because I owed them money and my social security number is being used for a fraudulent Federal tax return refund according to the IRS.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of $140 for services not rendered and $109 for the NYS penalty I had to pay.
