JC Custom Cabinets

To whom it may concern:   I [redacted] and this lady made an agreement that I was going to make her cabinets.  I made an offer and she agreed to it.  She gave me the money and I went and got the material and got my helper.  We started to work on the cabinets, because she said...

she wanted them as soon as possible, she was going to have them measured for granite.  In our agreement it didn't include demolition, so me and my helper offered to do it for extra pay, she agreed.  When we got to her house, there was another contractor already there.  He was tiring down a wall that had water values.  I had nothing to do with that wall all I was there was the demolition of the kitchen cabinets and remove the sink.  The other contractor cut a waterline that was for the refrigator, the lady accused me of making that decision for him.  I didn't tell him to cut that line and I told her, she was angry and refused to pay us for that day of demolition, we left.  After a few days the lady came to the shop and wanted some additional work to the cabinets{ she wanted me to paint the inside of the cabinets} I told her it was going to be more money because that wasn't in the agreement.  I'm a small business, I use the money to buy material and pay my helper.  The lady got upset and demanded her money back, I refused because I had already bought the material and paid my help, and  they are custom made.  I had already put a lot of work into them.   Thank you very much, if you anymore questions please feel free to call me.
