I am writing this review after spending $with this company and am still watching ants crawl across my floorLet's go back to the beginningI first approached this company when looking for a solution to getting rid of antsMy wife and I had tried everything to get rid of them and couldn't hold them back for longI spoke to Ehrlich and they said that they would get rid of them and keep them away for an initial investment of around $and an additional $45ish per monthI figured, if that is what it took - then it was worth itI should have known after the first visit that this was going to be a disasterThe service technician was late getting to our houseHours lateHe spent maybe minutes diagnosing the problemHe put out ant traps and sprayed a little around the houseThis was not a $solutionThis was a $dollar solution I could have handled with a trip to Home DepotI know, because I have done all this beforeHowever, we decided to give them a chance with their promise to come back out if the problem didn't get betterSo a about a month later, we called them when the ants kept comingThey said that they would get together with their "ant guy" and come up with a more comprehensive solutionAfter not hearing back for over a week, we called back and asked what they were going to doAgain, a service tech came out - had to cancel the first trip - and was late on the second trip by hoursThe best part is that we got more ant traps out of the dealNow, communication from their end pretty much endedThis is, except for the automated phone calls letting us know a day in advance that we "set up" an appointment for the next day - which we never knew aboutThose appointments also ended up getting cancelled and rescheduled - so what was the point? The final straw was when we were supposed to have our second quarterly cheand the tech called me on my cell phone and since I didn't pick up, assumed I wasn't home and cancelled the appointmentI called right back, got a voicemail and haven't heard anything sinceIt has taken me hours of calls to get someone on the phone to try and cancel my service, and I received a bill yesterday which shows that I don't think anyone actually ever cancelled my serviceThis is the biggest scam of a companyFor the money, I still have ants, I have had terrible to nonexistent serviceI haven't even been able to cancel my serviceI have never spent so much money to be so completely ripped offBuyer beware
