Review: Called them 6/17/13 about a pest issue, the issue should be covered free of charge because it was between the four month scheduled service. However, the person talked my wife into our "Next scheduled service" my wife gave her the times we would be home. That he had to be done before 11am. The tech came at 1047am. With NO knowledge of the issue, or the time restraints. My opinion this is poor customer service!
I call Ehrlich to complain, as a 20 +\- year customer I feel I should not have been treated that way.
After several calls the "district mgr" [redacted] was given my cell # and time to call. What does she do? Calls my house. The info was given to her via email confirmed by a phone call to Reading I made 6/13/13.
I was then to call her after 3 on 6/13/13. I attempted 2 times and again on 6/14/13. Still no response. .Desired Settlement: Compensation or they are terminated

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint. But he did not mention that my dissatifaction was with the ENTIRE customer service Dept. The issue he listed was only the 1st of MANY unanswered/frustrating calls to Customer Service. Which I feel will not change by just offering me a "Credit"!!!
