The worst pest control service. I inquired about pest control and they gave me a quote which was very high. I mistakenly let them have my credit card, and then decided 2 days before their service to send an email letting them know I could not afford the $280 plus $46 per month, every month and cancelled after seeing the quote. They acknowledge the cancellation, but they are holding $280. For no service performed. I would not trust them. Some of the 4 women I talked with said the service was done. I talked with a man who said he was coming to spray and I told him I had cancelled several days before on email. He said " OK I will not come then." They literally stole my $$. Dragging their feet about refund.” Two of the women acknowledged the cancellation. My credit card is negative because of this and credit union is threatening closing my account. I would not recommend Ehrlich to anyone. They are not local, they are all over the US.

I am reaching out from Ehrlich in order to respond the the complaint submitted by *** on June 8th. Ehrlich has received the customer's concern and takes it very seriously. It appears as if the customer contacted us to provide a quote for stinging insects at the end of May. We gave her the quote and also discussed our year long program where a Specialist would come out a guaranteed three times a year in addition to anytime she called in to have us treat a covered pest. The customer agreed to the quote and provided us her credit card information for the charges. The customer called back 2 days prior to service to cancel. The refund was then requested through our credit approval process, which unfortunately is not an instantaneous process. We apologize that the customer seems to have experienced our higher than normal wait times from our customer service department, but can confirm that there was never an intent to keep her money nor did we claim to have completed a service. On June 23rd we were able to confirm the refund had been completed.Thank you and feel free to reach out with any questions

Ehrlich pest control was contracted to remove a yellow jacked problem on July 26, 2019.
They came on July 30, 2019 to provide removal service but after 48 hours the pest were
Still very active. I called again and they came over for a second time on August 5th, with the same result.
The pest were still very active. Again after two day the pest activity had not stopped.
I then called Ehrlich to request a refund.
After several weeks I was told a refund was in process. I have called several times since August 12th,
And as of now, each time I called I have been told a different story. Once I was told refund was in process.
The next time I was told they were going to start the refund process. Another time I was told someone would call me to resolve the problem, but no one ever called back.

I called to cancel pest control service on July 25, 2019, and I requested a refund of the termite protection warranty that I mailed before renewal. The check was for $175.83. Ehrlich's agent told me a refund would be coming in 2-3 weeks. I waited about two weeks and called again inquiring about refund that had not arrived. I was told they credited my pest control account--that is the account I cancelled on July 25, 2019. I told the agent that was cancelled, and she said they didn't know, meaning from where the refund was sent. So I asked how long before refund comes and again I'm told 2-3 weeks. I waited about two weeks and called again because refund was not received. Today, August 28, 2019, I called Ehrlich and spoke with Dan. I asked him about refund and he said they would credit my credit card and it would show up in 3-5 days. I told him I did not use a credit card and paid by check--so I want refund by check. He has me holding on while he confers with someone else and comes back to tell me the refund has not been approved yet. Well, this all seemed like a run-around to me. First it's 2-3 weeks, then credit card, then not approved yet. Dan says it takes more than one department to approve the refund. He says the district manager has to approve the refund--and the my refund missed the cutoff date for whatever. They have a cutoff date for approval or refund of whatever. Dan further tells me to hold on while he speaks to district manager....Dan comes back to phone and tells me district manager is on the phone with someone but will call me back. Now, I really did not think that would happen, and it has not happened. It has been hours and district manager has not called or sent email. I have spent hours trying to get my refund, and all I get is what appears to be a run-around.

I had arranged for pest control services as part of a real estate transaction in May. The transaction fell through and I cancelled the service well before the appointment date. The company has since sent me 2 bills and a delinquent notice. On 7/17 the bill was for 580.99. I contacted the office on 8/14 and *** told me that she does show the service was cancelled and never performed and the bill would be cancelled. On 8/21 I received another bill for 589.58. I contacted Ehrlich again on 9/6 and spoke to *** who advised they were waiting on 2 more approvals to cancel the bill and it would be completed this month. On 9/6 I received a delinquent payment notice threatening to send the non-payment to collections. Numerous attempts have been made to resolve this issue to no avail. The service was never completed and was cancelled, yet I continue to be billed.
