To whom this may concern,On behalf of our company JC FENCES, this is the response to a complaint to tell our side of the transactionWe would like to end this on going battle between both partiesTime and time again JC FENCES has done everything in its power to resolve all outstanding needs and or
change proposed by mr***What actions need to be done to fulfill mr***'s needs? JC FENCES has been present on mr***'s property more than half a dozen timesThe amount of time and man power we have provided for this one customer mr***, has surpassed the dollar amount of the original project we have completed for himJC FENCES has completed many fence projects through out the neighborhood where mr*** residesNot one other resident has come forth to complain, nor have they been dissatisfied. JC FENCES policy states that we do not take down payments towards fence projectsOnly when the project is 100% complete is when we receive payment there ofThat being said ones we had completed and walked the job with mr***'s presents, he then payed us for quality work we had done. Shortly after we had completed the project is when mr*** began harassing us in a wayCalling us frequently, day or nightWhen ever he pleasedWhere this story ends we do not knowWe have surrendered our selves to him as asked to be released from his authorityWe cannot keep wasting time, money, manpower, and peace of mind on someone who does not want to be satisfiedOr someone who cannot except defeatWe have been defeatedObviously what ever we do now after this point forward, will never be recognized by mr***. We feel as if we are not good enough for this particular, special personWhat we have done for this man, is above and beyond what any company would ever doIf he took advantage of us so be it, we only want peaceI hope this ends the on going battle between JC FENCES vs***

Re:             Complaint ID#: [redacted]   Filed on April 15, 2016 FACTS: 1.     That on or about July/August 2015 [redacted] d.b.a. JC Fences-(hereinafter referred to as ‘Respondent’) entered into a written agreement with Mr. [redacted]-(hereinafter referred to as ‘Complainant’). The agreement was substantially for the installation of a 6’-high, cedar wood picket-privacy fence, approximately 80-linear feet at $15.00 per foot. ‘Complainant’ knew and was informed that our company policy states that NO payment would be accepted or necessary until ‘customer/client’ would be 100% satisfied with product and workmanship.2.     ‘Complainant’ paid and was 100% satisfied with product and workmanship of ‘Respondent’.3.     ‘Respondent’ established a personal connection with ‘Complainant’ due to the grief experience of ‘Respondent’ recent death of his wife, and ‘Complainant’ recent loss of his mother, and their military service -‘Respondent’ a ‘Staff Sergeant in US Army’ and ‘Complainant’ a CPO (chief petty officer) in US Navy. 4.     ‘Respondent’ extended to ‘Complainant’ more than a 33% discount on price of fence since the going rate was at $23.00 per linear foot… In addition, he replaced approximately 8-feet of fence and a gate at no cost to ‘Complainant’.5.      Respondent, accepted over 50 calls from Complainant; and had his staff at Complainant’s property on at least 15-occasions.6.     Respondent had made a profit of approximately $200.00 on Complainant’s job; Now Respondent is [negative] at more than$500.00.7.     Complainant filed a Revdex.com-complaint against Respondent on 04/14/2016 and prior to that had consulted with other third parties to ‘intentionally and maliciously’ harass, and stress-out Respondent to the point of affecting the health and welfare of Respondent.8.     Complainant verbally and in written form, has directly and by implication threatened to take legal actions against Respondent, and previously colluded, or consulted with others to intimidate Respondent; creating a “hostile and dangerous” working relationship, in effect voiding and defaulting on any warranty, or on Respondent’s good-will and intent to resolve matter in amiable and satisfactory terms. Complainant has threatened the livelihood of Respondent who has more than thirty (30) years of experience, and hundreds of satisfied customers. IN CONCLUSION, the conduct of ‘Complainant’ is ‘petty’ and that of a ‘common bully’, and ‘unbecoming’ of a CPO or, a non-commission officer; it is further dishonorable and shameful.  The Complainant proposes and demands ‘perfection’ not only in workmanship, but also in product:  He does not seem to understand that wood is imperfect; that like humans, trees - -and the boards that come out of it, are at time crooked and defective.  Respondent performed and completed agreed work contract within and ‘exceeding acceptable industry standards’.  Complainant exhausted the customer service and the warranty by creating a hostile and dangerous working relationship and maliciously abused ‘the business and client relationship’.  We regret that we were unable to live up to the unrealistic standards imposed by Complainant; however, we will not allow malicious allegations to prosper.  Complainant claims that Capt. [redacted] is an attorney, and why did she not advise him that his malicious actions are unlawful, slanderous and libelous? Did your attorney’s not advise you to chose your battles carefully? Did Complainant learn nothing in the US Navy? Respondent and his son  -in verbal and in written form (and like gentlemen) have apologized with respect and candor, for their shortcomings in failing to achieved customer satisfaction with Complainant. As it was said in the military:  It takes a gentleman to apologize, but it takes a ‘man’ to accept an apology and to move forward.  For the sake of the ‘honor and respect’ that came with our military service to this great nation- - I pray that the Complainant will do what is ‘just and right’, and that he will withdraw this frivolous complaint; as for us, we wish (complainant) well. We are saddened and deeply regret this unsatisfactory outcome; we considered it unacceptable, and a great loss to all parties involved, and we look forward to improving our communication, our skills, and performance. Respectfully,[redacted]J.C.
