Dear [redacted],
We here at JC &JC are...

sincerely trying to provide [redacted] with the quality service that she desires. Unfortunately, as I will explain, there are procedures to which we must adhere and this can cause delay.
The client contacted us Monday, the 22nd and, in spite of being completely booked that particular day, we squeezed her into our technician's schedule for about 2 pm. The technician had arrive at approximately 2:20 pm and upon evaluation had concluded that she needs her whole air conditioning unit to be replaced. This was clearly something that could not be resolved within the time frame of his brief visit. The technician then proceeded to respond to his scheduled service calls for the day as he had a very busy schedule and was not able to finish until 9 pm that night.
The next morning we had contacted [redacted] to inform them of the work that needed to be done and which specific unit would be required. As is protocol, we followed the authorization procedures that [redacted] has in place. According to our records, [redacted] will cover a portion of the costs while the home owner must pay $1565.00. Once we receive authorization to perform the installation, [redacted] orders the unit on our behalf as our role is solely to provide labor. It is never our responsibility to order the parts needed for service calls. On average, it takes [redacted] 1-2 days for them to order the unit from a supplier and then it takes an additional 3-7 days for the unit to arrive at our office. Upon receiving the unit, we will then contact the client to schedule for an installation.
It is my hope that you can understand why this will take as long as it does and I want to make it very clear that we are not trying to "rip off" our client. For your convenience, I have attached a copy of the invoice for the homeowner should you ever need it.

I have an oil fired boiler. There are not many companies that work on these systems. This company is not one. Due to them not knowing they caused more damage. I witnessed the tech remove the electrodes and put them back without using a proper measuring tool. They even had a tech that broke the water drain on my boiler and said they didn't have the part to fix it on the truck. Over 72 hours later they have not fixed it. This company may know HVAC but they do not know oiled fired systems. Don't call
