Hi. This is with regards to an order that was placed on March 2, 2019. An order confirmation has been received, order #030270974. Several emails have been sent about this order since, because the package has not been received, and your company has been completely unresponsive. You have taken the $$ for the payment, but have not shipped the bracelet. Not a happy customer. I want the $$ back, or the bracelet please. Please communicate. It's 2019.

I am rejecting this response because: I acknowledged in my initial complaint that *** refunded the purchase after this company was completely unresponsiveI wanted a shipping refund or opportunity to replace what had been sent to me but since it's nearly two months since I placed the order and this was a holiday gift AND I repeatedly contacted the company to no reply and because the Revdex.com said the company was unresponsive even after the days window of time after filing the complaint, I have thrown away the damaged itemI don't want to waste anymore time on thisThe shipping costs are a wash at this pointVery unsatisfactory experience with this company.

I placed an order for 2 necklaces on 31 Oct 2018 and received an email with an order number 110170922, saying that another email would be sent with a UPS tracking code so that I could track my package. I have not received this email. I have also sent 3 emails to JC Jewelry Design asking for information regarding my order. Last week I posted a query on their Facebook Page and send them a Facebook message. NOTHING. These necklaces were ordered as gifts for a friend who is dying of cancer. I wanted to receive them before she died. It's not looking good at this point and I am beyond frustrated because I cannot contact the company. Does anyone have any suggestions of how to get hold of this company or have I been scammed?

Unfortunately, they were all found in Junk mail folder instead of inbox. We receive so many junk e-mails from vendors...

and etc. Therefore, we do not scan or open e-mails from our Junk e-mail folder due to spaming. We are truly sorry that this has ever happened with your order. Return item still has not been received and it was supposedly shipped on 5/28. This company is based in Englewood Cliffs,  NJ and I live in [redacted], NJ. There is no way based on distance that I should not have received package at this time. I contacted company via email and still getting the run around. In previous emails sent to company requesting a phone number was never addressed. Why do they have any other contact method besides email? And they do not respond to emails in a timely manner.  Until I receive full resolution I will reject responses sent to you from this company.

Hello, As per request from this customer, we have issued a full refund on Jan 18, 2016 11:47:43 AM. The package has been shipped on 12/7/2015 and the tracking number ([redacted]) at [redacted] does display tracking information, but it looks like the package got lost somewhere...

as there is no further information provided by USPS since 12/10/2015. We have opened a case at [redacted] and it is taking a long time for USPS to get back to us. Therefore, we have considered this package a loss from our end and then issued a refund as requested by the customer.
