Dear ***: We are very confused by this complaint as the information provided by our customer is simply false. *** *** purchased our Standard trademark preparation package on January **, 2017. Full details of this package is available on our website at
*** The Standard Package has a 3-business day processing time, this is also confirmed in the confirmation receipt that *** *** received. *** ***'s trademark application was prepared and e-mailed to her for her review and approval on Friday February *, 2017, on the 3rd business day since she placed her order. *** *** then responded to her draft trademark application after business hours on Friday February *, with her approval of the prepared trademark application. *** *** claims that she e-mailed us 10-times and never heard from us. This is clearly not true as she received her prepared application within the lower limits of our processing time and also replied to our e-mail. We also do not exactly understand what *** *** is asking for as we completed the exact service that she purchased and within three business days of her order. We are not exactly sure what *** *** is looking for or why she filed this complaint. Should you require the e-mail evidence to support the statements above we can e-mail it to you for your review. As the e-mails contain *** ***'s personal information, we opted not to include it in this answer to protect her privacy

We stand by our satisfaction guarantee and have refunded the customers $The customer never made any inquiry to us regarding a refund

We are unsure why you are writing this complaint. The $69 internet special you purchased has a 5-business day processing time. You requested a refund before your order was set to process as you mentioned you did not require the service anymore. We then refunded your money. You should have received a...
