JC Penney - New Center Point

After waiting weeks for our appliances we finally received them, however instead of installing them as promised and paid for the delivery people said they did not install and were not allowed to touch the plumbing for installing our dishwasher and refrigeratorThey did plug in the oven and left the microwave in the living roomThey were also suppose to take away our old dishwasher but the delivery men said they did not do that either and I would have to take the old dishwasher outside when I removed it and call another numberHe then told me he might be the one to come and pick up the old dishwasher it would just depend I wanted to support JC Penny but will never go back and I will be sure to tell my friends, colleagues, and college students my experience I don't expect to hear back since my last message weeks ago about delivery was never returned

They did plug in the oven and left the microwave in the living room. I don't expect to hear back since my last message 4 weeks ago about delivery was never returned.
