JCPlumbing is very professional Twice I have used their service: both days they were able to come in a timely manner, and worked around my scheduleProfessional gentlemen came to the home Quickly fixed the issue They also were conscientious about cleanliness While I do not know what the going rate for costs are, their charges seemed reasonable I also love that they are a Christian focused company

Charlie was friendly, prompt and professional. He explained the problem and handled it expeditiously. He also checked all the other plumbing to make sure there were no hidden issues. Very happy with the entire experience!

I used the Rogers JC Plumbing and wanted to share my experience. (Evidently there are several contractors in the Northwest Arkansas area.) The JC Plumbing contractor charged me $163 just for a diagnostic (broken pump) on my dishwasher. He quoted me an additional $220 for his service to replace the pump (which did NOT include the pump - I was to supply that part). My total, then, would have been $433 just for the service - and did not include the $50 for the new pump. The grand total would have been $483..... I called Sears, instead, and they installed the pump for $144.00, which included the pump part. Should have called Sears in the first place. Very disappointed.

Clinton came within 48 hours notice, called me to let me know he was on his way, arrived on time and did a really great job of installing my toilet. He went above and beyond his scope of work and provided terrific customer service. He also cleaned up the bathroom and discarded all the mess of the job.

J.C. Plumbing did not finish and it's been since 12/18/13. Now I have other issues.
I paid them $2273.00 from off a credit card for what they said was a busted pipe. My yard is a totaled mess they will not come out and clean up after themselves and I do believe that they didn't fix the problem. However, I already paid them in full. I was trying to sell my house but I can't until they finish. I called them numerous times and they keep telling me when the weather is better they will come back out. But it's been since December 2013.
