In regards to the complaint I was informed of a missing wand and said I was sorry and would be happy to give her one .As She stated she could not use the product so I'm not sure how it was decided she didn't like it .There is a sheet giving at the time of purchase with details of our policy No... secret no small print. I am not sneaky And due my best to satisfy my customers .But I cannot please everyone And cant change my policies because someone does not like them

Not sure how it indicates that shes is not aware . As I stated on the phone maybe ask in the future  And I don't want to change my policy because someone doesn't like it As I stated I now have a used machine that I have paid show costs as well as a commission  sales tax etc It cost me more that my restocking fee to refund the sales . So I feel I am being fair

Yes, what he said is true about the sheet of  paper,  however the paid  receipt is stapled  to the sheet at the time of purchase  which would indicate that we  were not aware of the 30% restocking fee. He mentioned how he does his best to satisfy his customers, but I don't see how's he's trying to do that now.  I would be happy to split the restocking fee with him of 15%.   Thank you in advance for your help.  [redacted]
