We rented a beachfront condo the week of June 28-July On arrival we noted the odor of dead fish emanating from the couch We immediately left a message on the answering machine (Sunday) Despite repeated requests, no one came to address the foul smell until Wednesday Then, the cleaning company immediately disposed of the mattress soaked in fish blood and fish remains This improved the smell but we still could not sit on the couch, as there was no mattress They refunded $(the amount paid by insurance for the couch mattress) The price of our rental was about $for the weekWe left a day early We avoided spending time indoors due to the smell We were disappointed with the unresponsiveness and poor customer service, as well as the deplorable condition of the condo I feel they should have done a better job of cleaning before we arrived, responded quickly (Monday) when they were notified of the problem, and worked toward a more equitable monetary resolution for the loss of use of the condo during our vacation We were repeat customers, but will not deal with Cannon and Gruber againIt is unlikely we will even vacation in Atlantic Beach next summer

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me I received the refund check today and am happy with the resolutionHowever, I do want to dispute that I spun the tires to wear them out I was, in fact, very careful with these tires and I don't consider these tires to be low-priced tires either A big thanks to the Revdex.com for helping me resolve this problem

warranty for this brand of tires. Lower prices tires rarely have any or no
warranty. After receiving customer's written complaint we contacted our distributor, they
advised us that the consumer may have been spinning the tires with frequent stops and starts
which may have caused the problem. The distributor advised that no complaints or problems
with this tire had been relayed to them. These tires have been purchased by other customer's in
the past and this is our first complaint. We amended this by refunding the amount of $146.82 to
the consumer.

This improved the smell but we still could not sit on the couch, as there was no mattress. They refunded $350 (the amount paid by insurance for the couch mattress). The price of our rental was about $1800 for the week. We left a day early. We avoided spending time indoors due to the smell.

We were disappointed with the unresponsiveness and poor customer service, as well as the deplorable condition of the condo. I feel they should have done a better job of cleaning before we arrived, responded quickly (Monday) when they were notified of the problem, and worked toward a more equitable monetary resolution for the loss of use of the condo during our vacation.

We were repeat customers, but will not deal with Cannon and Gruber again. It is unlikely we will even vacation in Atlantic Beach next summer.
