Had a great experience with J.C Tonnotti with replacing a door and window after a break in at my home. The services provided were excellent and they kept me informed through the whole process. It is a pleasure working with a top notch local business.

I had all the windows in my home replaced by J.C. Tonnotti and I am one happy customer.....prices were very reasonable (I had gotten five quotes).....Joe, Kate and the entire staff were all great and would highly recommend this co....looking forward to doing more business with them!

We could not be happier with the service and products from J.C. Tonnotti's. Joe was extremely knowledgeable and nice when he came to our house to give us an estimate. His staff went above and beyond on the day of installation. Unfortunately, we bought the wrong screen door for them to install. Instead of telling us to go get a new one or saying they would have to come back another time they actually took my husband to *** and helped to be sure we got what we needed. We had our new windows installed in 2 segments (last summer and Dec. 2017)...Mr. Tonnotti was very professional and did much of the measurements and ordering himself. His staff was super and the guys doing the install were amazing! Quick, clean, picked up after themselves. Showed us the proper way to clean the windows! Highly recommend JCT!!

This is my second time in 13 years using JC Tonnotti. The first time I had a bunch of original windows replaced back in 2006, and just last week got 2 more windows done that I did not do the first time. Their Harvey windows are still holding up strong after 13 years. No issues what so ever. The installers were very kind and explained everything to me. I felt very comfortable with them in my home.

This is the second time in almost 20 years that we had Old Yankee Painting paint out home. The crew arrived when they said they would, very professional and friendly. The work was done faster than we had anticipated and came out wonderful.

Review: They failed to perform any work after sending a sales representative to my house twice. they quoted the work for new windows, and I accepted the quote. I was given estimated time for installation of 4 weeks, after 4 weeks past, I called to ask about when the installation would occur, and was then called back and told they decided not to do the work they quoted. I was promised a call back to discuss this matter, and was promised one, but nobody has called back.Desired Settlement: 1. Company to pay costs for not performing the work including:

a. Provide a company to provide the service a rate at or below their quote.

b. Pay a penalty for the month delay.

Our sales representative did a quote for window installation for the client aforementioned back on October 28, 2015. He is fairly new to our company and didn’t take into consideration the distance of travel for us to install the windows in a timely fashion, as we are over an hour away from [redacted]. Our policy for accepting window installations an hour away is a 5 window minimum and this install was for less than 5 windows. However, we were determined to make this work. Initially, we tried to accommodate this installation by sending an installer, who lives near the area, to fit this into his schedule. In the meantime, no monies were taken for deposit because we wanted to ensure that we could in fact get Mr. [redacted] into our schedule. But to our dismay, our installer’s current schedule could not get him in the area anytime soon. As a result, we felt that it was in the best interest of the client and ourselves to decline service. On one had, the customer waited until December 1 to contact us, but we realize that should have communicated this sooner. We were honestly trying to find an alternative way to accommodate this install. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Review: we obtained replacement windows for our home in may 2012 with j.c. tonnottti company. in the spring of 2013, when we had our house painted this year, the painter pointed out problems with the window caulking and the window outside casings. the caulking is turning yellowing and is hard and cracking in places. the window outside casing has open areas that allow insects and moisture to get inside. my husband called j.c. tonnitti multiple times to ask for a company representative to come and inspect the problems and correct them. no one has come to our house to inspect the problem or called us back. with repeat communication to their telephone number, we were told that they had made multiple attempts to contact us at our home, came by and was told by the lady of the house that there was no problems. my husband is semi-retired and home much to the time, a telephone appointment time would have insured that he was present when they said they would be at the home. I, the lady of the home, work from 8:00 a.m. to after 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. I did NOT meet a j.c.tonnitti representative; they may have came to the wrong address. this could have been resolved by good communication from the company to us; now they say that there will be a $65-70.00 charge if they come to our house. the total amount for the replacement of $11,108.00 was paid at completion of installment of windows on may 24,2012.Desired Settlement: repair or replace faulty materials used.

Our screen door was damaged by the installers. I called their main office the same day and have called several times since and the screen door still has not been repaired. The office is still giving me the run around as to when they will fix it.
Further, the isntallers left a huge mess in the driveway, saw dust was everywhere. They left old screws all around where the window was replaced where my kids play. I even found a screw in my garbage disposal.

Review: Leaking window after installation. 3-4 related service calls and the window still leaks. Now they want to charge for repair.

On February 3, 2009, J.C. [redacted] removed a 9 foot patio door, framed a new wall and interior casings, installed a 3 Lite rolling window and installed matching exterior siding. Several months later a leak was noticed and a service call was made. A representative from JC TONOTTI came and caulked around the siding and window. Several months later the leak was still evident and another service call was made and the leak continued. A third service call was made and they said it was related to a leak at the roof. I had that repair done and now the leak is still happening. Water stains are visible across the top of the window frame and the side and bottom corner. The wall is significantly water damaged as is the floor.Desired Settlement: Remove siding and appropriately seal the window. Repair and replace any damaged Sheetrock, insulation and/or framing.
