Don't go by the address listed on their website.

Their Yellow Pages listing says that they're open 24 hours. Their website says they're open 24 hours, you go to the address listed and no where there. You call and they tell they home. They tow your car and leave without issuing a receipt or the parking ticket. When you finally get someone who isn't obnoxious, he texts you a blurry picture of the ticket.
Beware of this company.

They are thieves, paid a $185, the guy takes off without giving you a receipt. You call the office and the dispatcher is all brawn with no brains. You go to the address listed on their website and it's a storage. To find their real location, you'll need to call from different, because once you call from your number they won't answer. Who's your boss Anthony?

Review: The tow truck driver towed my car, even though I was there to move my car. He threatened to take it to the precient if I didn't pay him $217.00. He moved my car out of the lot where there was no signage of towing fees. He grew impatient and told me he was taking it to the police station where I could pick it up and pay them $217.00.

I asked where the precient was several times

And he didn't answer me. While he was towing the car, I called J&C but Nobody picked up.

After he left with my car, I called the police precint. They informed me that the tow truck driver lied and that it is not procedure to bring towed cars in. I found a sign for J&C with towing fees as $125.00. I called back and finally got through. The man on the other end told me the car can be returned to me for $217 in cash, immediately, or else they are keeping it for the weekend. I asked about the $125 fee and explained how the driver lied and threatened but he didn't seem to care. My car was returned and the driver continued to lie, telling me that he did infact give me the correct fee amount.Desired Settlement: $217.00

Review: My vehicle was towed from a private parking lot. [redacted] was present while vehicle was hooked up. Tow company requested 217.00 cash to drop vehicle. advise [redacted] I don't have that amount in cash. [redacted] informed [redacted] that is either 217.00 cash to drop the vehicle or $240.00 credit card if taken to the Tow yard. Got to the Tow yard as the truck pull up, [redacted] said their is no one to swipe credit card. After waiting 1 hour someone came to swipe my credit card $239.00.Desired Settlement: 239.00

Review: My car was parked in front of my building with no SIGNAGE (because the construction company puts wood stakes in a home depot bucket so they can move the buckets around and have cars towed) and the receipt states I was illegally parked which I was not and that I blocked a driveway, which I did not. They also demanded 217.00 in cash, said they did not accept credit cards and offered to drive us to atm to get cash. The whole thing is a scam.Desired Settlement: I want my money back from these crooks.
