A customer called me one day and was really upset and was being quite rudeAs soon as I answered the phone the person started telling me almost yelling about how dissatisfied she was about some trees growing backI not knowing who this woman was, tried to handle the situation calmly, I asked her for her name and address so I could figure out what job it was and take care of the issueIt turns out that I had in fact not done business with her but with one of her family membersNever at any point in time did I tell her we would not solve the issueAt this point i'm getting upset but stay calm and ask her why she's so upsetShe tells me that the job should have been done right the first timeThat's understandable but our work ethic is not perfect some mistakes are bound to happenI tell her that I would hire somebody else to kill the tree and that it would not cost her any expenseThinking the problem was being solved by offering to pay for the work, but she hangs up on me and never brought up the issue of the debri on the roofThe following day I received an email from the Revdex.com stating that we left debri on the roof and an untrue claim saying that we refused to take care of the problemHowever the issue was resolved

I am rejecting this response because:Eveything Carlos is stating is untrue I do have multiple witnessesHe Was Rude His Work Ethic Is terribleI would never ever recommend this company to anyone.
