Ms [redacted] brought her car back upon our request We did all of the repairs that Ms [redacted] said that hadn't been done We were rushed to get it done before she left to Florida on June the 22nd, At that time, we had understood that she needed the car on June 23rd, 2016, days earlier then we had it scheduled to go outAt that time, we stopped the paint stage of the car and she took the car to Florida in gray primer When she got back the following week, she brought the car back for us to finish Again, we were rushed to get it done All of these problems could have been avoided had Ms [redacted] had rental on her insurance policy She was having to borrow transportation at the time of the repairs because that we had the she did not have a 2nd car It seems that this was the more of the problem A job of this magnitude, a hail job takes up to days which is the norm and that is what the insurance companies are allowing for the rental The rental is also approved for that length of time Ms [redacted] picked up her vehicle last Wednesday, July the 20th, At this time, her and her husband went over the repairs allowed by the insurance and said that they were satisfied with the work done Ms [redacted] didn't mention it, but we also did not charge her the $deductable Thank you [redacted] JC'S Automotvie & Collision [redacted] San Antonio, Texas ** [redacted]
