There is a lot of confusion in this complaint, [ Lies ]We have delt with the husband on all of these repairs, [ three visits to the garage ] he was very well pleased with the way we handled the situationsStuff does happen when working on automobiles!! They had a cam sensor replaced, a timing
belt and water pump replaced, a power steering tank replaced and a power steering pump replacedOn one visit I gave her three oil change coupons, [Free ] She was very happy with thatI gave her the parts I my level discount Their total labor on all these visits was $ the husband liked the mechanic so well, He gave him a $tip! rates at most shops would have been around $1800.00, total all three visitsjust a timing belt and water pump job alone at most shops would have been around $1000.00, [parts and labor]We tried to do our very best on this situation, The husband loved us the wife did not

I'm rejecting this because he's lying! He needs to take responsibility that he sells crappy cars! He didn't replaced the rotors I did! Which the recipts will be right hereThe brakes I just replaced Sunday night! I have that receipt toAs for the radiotor hose it was 3/18! Which I can also get a copy from *** to also shows the date was 3/Which im jis statement we took it to him for him to look over bc it was still leakingIt's not waterIt's anterfreezeHe said that we said something about months after we got it? We got it 3/so if that's months he needs to recheck the calendarWhich I also have the recpiet! He replace the radiator cap twice because he thought that was the problem! Everytime we took it to that shop he always said " man I was hoping we figured it out"I'm the one with all the recipts of all the things I have done and replacedWhich hes trying to say he " Did it"We never replaced a themorstat? So I'm not sure where he came up with that! After we paid for the ENGINE OUT OF MY POCKET it hasn't leaked since? How crazy is that? If he had just listened to me instead of blowing me off it wouldn't of came down to thisA lot of people told me not to go this car dealership! As they repeat hes "Sells cars that has problems"He seemed like a stand up guy,but I was wrong! Regards,

I am rejecting this response because: we never would of had to pay for anything past the timing belt and sensor had his mechanics bot screwed up the jobs no matter how much of a discount he gave usOk so three coupons for an oil changeHappy is an over statement more like I didnt show madness over something I didnt feel he should be charging us for and that was before the other things that had to be fixedYes he dealt with my husband as I am always at workI am asking 250$ refund come back to us out of all the extea cost the company has charged for fixing repairs needed on our car that his people messed upThree to four timesOne time charging us was enoughBut then you kept charging us for garage time and more laborWhere was his responsibility being as how it is his companyI already paid top dollar for the car

This story is not completley trueThe vehicle came in a couple of weeks after they bought itWe fixed the exhaust leak and I think we put brakes and rotars on the front of this vehicle at the same timei think they had the vehicle for about two months before we heard anything about the water loss
situationWhen he finally brought it to our attention about the water loss, her boyfriend told us he had working on itHe replaced the Radiator Hose and the thermostatThe question is now did a hose break and the car overheat? We checked the oil, no water in the oilno water leaks anywhereno water out the exhaustNo white smoke out the exhaustI paid for everything out of my pocket to this point, all parts and laborPlus I had my mechanic spend quite a few hours on this vehicle, total cost again out of my pocket, around two hundred dollars in labor costFinal conclusion, his uncle said he would put a head gasket on this vehicle for $1700, parts and laborThey came to us to have us price it, our parts and labor on this same job was $They chose to have his uncle fix the cari have tried again and againThere are many lies in her story, at some point in life you have to be responsible for your own problems.
