Review: The work was to the bathroom, to gut the bathroom and put bathtub in, ceramic tile around the tub and a wall at the foot of the tub. and to put a cermaic tile floor in, and also put trim around the bathroom. The complaint that I have is that the price that was told to me was $1800.00 to redo the bathroom, including labor. All I had to do was buy the ceramic tile. I bought the tile and paid $1326.00 the second day of work. The owner had his brother come and help him. He told me that it would take 7 full working days to have it done. They worked 3 full days together and then the owner started letting his brother come on his own while he went and took other jobs. I paid for alot of material myself which totaled a couple hundred dollars. There were days that he didn't show up until after noon, never called to tell me he was going to be late and there were days he didn't show up at all, no phone call, no nothing. I was asked to give him another $1,000.00 because he needed it for materials. The brothers ended up getting into an argument and the brother stopped coming and the work wasn't completed. The owner said he would come and fix the work that needed to be fixed and finish the job. He came and did a few things but didn't finish the job. He got mad when I told him that I paid more than $1800.00 for a job that wasn't even done right or finished. He said $1800.00 was for labor. I told him I wanted to see $500.00 of receipts for materials. He got mad and left without being able to show me. That was the last I heard from him. I just don't think that customers should be treated in a very unprofessional manner and sworn at over the phone when things are not done right. People should be aware before they hire this service.Desired Settlement: I would like to have at least the $500.00 extra I paid and money paid back for a job that was not finished
