[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reasong is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Not all break lines were fixedbrake lines from the door to rear tires were fixedThere was a hole in two lines right next to eachotherEverything was free of charge as it happened on their lot while having my oil changedThank you Regards, [redacted]

In regards to the claim on the no filter change, we have looked in our system using every possible source and have come up with nothing regarding the customer The claim has no tangible evidence to help with eitherIf the customer has the invoice to aid with we would be more than happy to review and go from there

Here is your response for this complaintOn 5/23/15, Mrs [redacted] brought her vehicle to the JC’s Speedy Lube located in [redacted] for a routine oil changeAfter completeing the oil change and backing the vehicle out of the bay, our mechanic noticed that there was an issue with the vehicleIt was discovered that the brake line had ruptured upon removing the vehicle from the bayThe rupturing of the brake line was due to the unfavorable conditions of the underneath part of the vehicle which were pretty rustedOn 5/26/15, the vehicle was brought back to JC’s Speedy Lube where all brake lines (not just the one that had ruptured) were replaced free of charge

The customer came in for a high mileage oil change, the standard inspection was performed and cabin air filter was pulledDuring the process of removing the cabin filter a large pile of dirt and acorns fell off filter and into the blower motor (this was due to the customer never changing the filter before) [redacted] and I informed the customer about condition of filter and she agreed to purchase a new filter After filter replacement, the blower motor began making noise (because scheduled maintenance was not maintained on vehicle, the cabin filter was allowed to collect an unhealthy amount of debris which fell into motor.) After informing customer of noise customer then claims “I didn't ask for this.” Customer was never changed any extra money for the minutes spent cleaning out mouse droppings and dirt from her blower motorWe then offered to pull blower motor out of her vehicle to shake it out-she declined serviceThe cause of the noise was from the customer not changing her filter, dirt only fell because of the piles of dirt, and mouse droppings The customer claims it was our fault that she now may be having blower damage, when all we did was recommend that her cabin filter gets changed as soon as possibleWe pulled the cabin filter so she could see the debris, dirt, and mouse dropping lodged in the air she was breathing in the vehicle The customer came back a second day to express her displeasure with the noise in her blower motor [redacted] offered again to pull down her blower motor out of her dash and clean and vacuum out anything that could be left in thereShe told him “No that she would just have her mechanic look at it and she didn’t want us further touching her vehicleI believe I did all in my power to keep the customer satisfiedThe regular maintenance on the vehicle would have been the preventative measures from this happening
