Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolutionPlease respond here ONLY] Regards, [redacted] What he is saying is untrue He told us she could pick the red or the black and he would give her EITHER pair for $off I asked if what kind of deal would he give her if she bought both He said he could not give $off both, just one pair I was looking at a pair of shoes myself and he quoted me a price which I felt was too high I put the shoes back and was looking around while he rang my step mother up He then came back to me and said he would take an additional $off So his statement of the shoes never being discounted more than $off is false I find it hard to believe he is willing to lose a sales of $over $ It is the principle of the thing We know what he said to BOTH of us and his reply is untrue As for his employee, she was not two feet from us She was behind the counter most of the conversation, which was to feet away The only time she was close to us was to pick up the shoes she chose not to buy and return them to the stock room I can see why she would not want to contradict her boss though Mr [redacted] was VERY rude to me over the phone and would not let me finish my sentences He was unwilling to hear my side at all When I tried to jog his memory of our conversation, he hung up on me! I have found the shoes on Amazon for even cheaper than what he offered Needless to say we will never enter his store again and will tell others of our experience Maybe the reason they have no other complaints is because no one else was willing to go to the lengths I have gone They just gave up Like I said it is the principle of the matter Why can't he just issue a $credit and be done with the matter? My step mother lives out of town and bringing the shoes back is not an easy thing to do Please ask Mr [redacted] to reconsider giving her a $credit That is all we are asking for Thank you

In response to this customer's request for on additional $off, the shoe she purchased is one or our core shoes and is never discounted more than $The customer was trying on two different styles and one was a style not going forward for next yearThat style was to be discounted at $However, she chose the style that is one of our core shoes and I offered her $offSorry that she misunderstood my offerThere are only two solutions to this complaintOne is to give her on additional $off and I am unwilling to do thisSecond, give her a refund (the shoe must be unworn) and I am very willing to do thisWe have been in business here for five yeors ond this is our first complaint with the Revdex.comI think that speaks for our customer serviceSincerely, [redacted] T
