Unfortunately, there is a major misunderstanding on the part of the [redacted] *** when she was negotiating the deal for her new car she decided not to trade her car in because it was making the payment on the new deal higher then she wanted, due to the fact her trahad considerable damage which was causing her to have negative equity between what her car was worth and what her payoff was She agreed for Manhattan Jeep to make just the remaining payments on her previous vehicle This was considerably less which ultimately made her payments on the new car less as well The damage [redacted] incurred on her Chrysler 200, would be her responsibility as outlined on her lease agreement with the bank The lease agreement between Manhattan Jeep And [redacted] clearly states that there is not a trade in on the new deal, and that we, Manhattan Jeep were making only her last five payments on her previously leased vehicle This is clearly spelled out on writing There were no other responsibilities written or implied on the part of Manhattan Jeep other than to make the remaining five payments on her previous lease

[redacted] ***'s car payment was determined by her interest rate , which was given to her by [redacted] , down payment and the term of her loan All the ladder was fully disclosed and accept by [redacted] at the time she picked up her new car The only way to lower her payment would be for her to find a bank that would will be willing to refinance her loan at a lower rate of interest Typically this is not something that could be easily done unless the terms were considerably different than they were at the time of delivery, such as decreasing the amount that was originally financed Please feel free to have [redacted] contact me if she would like to discuss in more detail David M [redacted] ###-###-####
