I have received your letter about a complaint that Jacquie T [redacted] – [redacted] (id# [redacted] has file against usHer order has been ready for pick up since September 27, She feels I should ship it to her for free or drop it off to herWhich is something that I never agreed to or offered to do for her When she picked up her order 9/21/she was short one backpackShe let me know that night, and I ordered another one in for us to embroider for herShe was told it was ready for pick 9/27/Did not hear anything from her until an email on 12/22/17, when she requested that we ship it to herI sent her an invoice that day for $to cover the shippingShe never paid itShe contacted me again in MarchI resent the shipping invoice, and emailed her (3/12/18) that she needed to pick it up or pay for shipping within days or the back pack would be donated as per the policy on our websiteHer original order never included paid or free shipping, she was also never promised or offered deliveryI have attached the emails from March asking her to pick up or pay for shipping within days as well as an email from her dated 4/7/(a day after she filed a complaint with Revdex.com) that she was going to schedule a pick up in the next week, which she never didWe still have the backpack ready for her to pick up or ship if she pays shippingJacquie or a representative that she designates in writing other than [redacted] is welcome to pick it up, but they must schedule an appointment so they can sign that they received the bag and no longer hold us liable for anythingWe will further extend the pick up or shipping deadline until May 1, After 5/1, we will consider the backpack abandoned and donate itWe are tired of the vicious, unprofessional and threatening phone calls and voice mails that we have been receiving from Theresa BolschShe is not a party to this transactionAny further contact from her will be reported to the policeVery disappointed that it has come to thisIf you would like any further information, please let me know

I never agreed to or offered to do for her.  When she picked up her order 9/21/17 she was short one backpack. She let me know that night, and I ordered another one in for us to embroider for her. She was told it was ready for pick 9/27/17. Did not hear anything from her until an email on 12/22/17, when she requested that we ship it to her. I sent her an invoice that day for $9.95 to cover the shipping. She never paid it. She contacted me again in March. I resent the shipping invoice, and emailed her (3/12/18) that she needed to pick it up or pay for shipping within 30 days or the back pack would be donated as per the policy on our website. Her original order never included paid or free shipping, she was also never promised or offered delivery. I have attached the emails from March 12 asking her to pick up or pay for shipping within 30 days as well as an email from her dated 4/7/18 (a day after she filed a complaint with Revdex.com) that she was going to schedule a pick up in the next week, which she never did. We still have the backpack ready for her to pick up or ship if she pays shipping. Jacquie or a representative that she designates in writing other than [redacted] is welcome to pick it up, but they must schedule an appointment so they can sign that they received the bag and no longer hold us liable for anything. We will further extend the pick up or shipping deadline until May 1, 2018. After 5/1,  we will consider the backpack abandoned and donate it.
