I am rejecting this response because:JCL is telling a lot of lies all I'm seeing is that we're going back and forth and nothing is being resolved, under no circumstances I was told to bring parts and they would cover the engine mountI also call Angel and told him that after he swapped the battery I took it to get tested at auto zone and was told it's also had and I was told by him that they would say that to make a profitIt seems like this matter is leading to a court case

We have exhausted all options to help [redacted], we have explained on different occasions that she had 3 months warranty by a third party paid by us, plus a 30 day warranty from the dealer. We told [redacted] that what ever repairs the warranty did not cover we would be able to cover the labor cost and [redacted] will pay for the parts. We told [redacted] that we will be able to get her the parts under the dealer discount and we will cover the labor, but unfortunately [redacted] is not looking to come in agreement with us, in a lot of cases the labor cost is greater than the part alone understanding that as a dealer we took the greater expense on us. We offered [redacted] to cover the labor, help her find a cheaper part under a dealer discounted price, and help her to open a new claim with a warranty to repair the axle, but unfortunately we couldn't satisfy our customer, in the past we changed the battery at no cost to a customer, and for her to say the battery that we gave her is bad is disappointing, since she took a road trip with no issues and still drives on the same battery, We kept every agreement and promise that we made to [redacted] from day one, and again we would like to offer a customer our help and we will offer to cover the labor and she will pay for the part. We wish to come to the solution to this issue and resolve this matter as soon as possible.lf any questions or concerns please call our office at [redacted]

Aug 18, 2016[redacted] came to our dealership looking to finance a vehicle that would be more comfortable for her and her family. After completing [redacted] credit application, her choice of a car was 2005 [redacted]. After [redacted] test drove the SUV, she was thrilled and...

excited to be the new owner, We spoke to her regarding her loan conditions and regarding vehicle history and features. She was very impressed with trucks stability and handling. We spoke to her regarding paper work that we will need to complete her loan paperwork and set up the date for her to come back to complete the deal. Few days later [redacted] came back to test drive one more time and to complete the paperwork process. She left our dealership very happy and satisfied. A few days later [redacted] called Qur office saying that one of her headlights of her car is out, we told her to stop by when she will have a time and we will replace it for her, and we replaced it for her the next day, A week and a half later customer called and said she was having an issue with the battery she claimed the battery on the car was weak and stated she has to travel during the Weekends and she was concern with the battery, We asked [redacted] not to worry about the battery and asked her to come in for replacement of the battery, Battery was tested came back with good charge we still went ahead and replaced the battery, She was very happy that she is going on her road trip with no worries, and we were glad to help. After the customer came back from her trip, she came in for her registration and were very pleased to hear about her lip and how amazing the truck was, After [redacted] left we have not heard from her again till last week of July. Customer came in and said she has few issues with the car. We asked her to call the warranty that was given to her with purchase of vehicle. [redacted] was told by management if what ever was not covered by the warranty, that we would cover all labor for the repairs as long as she brought in the parts.
