Yes, JCL Landscaping has finally came and repaired my wall.  While he says he was on vacation when I submitted my complaint it still took several months and attempts starting last year for him to repair the wall.  Only after I filed with you did he finally respond and was willing to adhere to his warranty.  However due to the inconvenience that I had to go through he was kind enough to extend my warranty for one more year, so I can monitor and make sure no future premature cracks occur.
