Mr. [redacted] did not do any work for J.C. Neroli's in any way . He was sent a letter by J.C. Neroli's to stay away from the Estate he was interfereing with there work and the St. Ann Police Dept. has and was informed of Mr. [redacted] . [redacted]...

was not ever employed by J.C. Neroli's Antiques for any work he did at the Estate nor any Estate contracted . Mr. [redacted] was asked several times to stay clear and not to enterrupte the J.C.Neroli's Team .
J.C.Neroli's sent a letter to him and I can provide that . The states " Dear Mr. [redacted], J.C.Neroli's Antiques and Collictables is sending you this notice to stop the Defamtion of Character, Slander,Harassment , and personal Attacks on J.C.Neroli's Antiques and Collectibles and their team .If It does not stop J.C.Neroli's antiques and Collectibes has no other choice but to take legal proper action aginst you.
Thus so far Mr. [redacted] has not Ceased and Desist .
The $80.00 that was owed for 1. the Wagon Wheel that we sold will be used to file legal action for
the Defamtion of Character, Harassment,Slander and personal attacks on J.C.Neroli's Antiques and Collectibles and their team.

Mr. [redacted] entered into a biding contract with J.C.Neroli's and is in breach of that contract do to he has terminated the agreement. Mr. [redacted] was only sent $500.00 as a gratuity the rest of the funds go to his mother that is still living and is...

in a nursing home. We have been in contact with the [redacted] nursing home and was strongly advised NOT to give Mr. [redacted] any funds. It was also advised by the next door neighbor [redacted] Not to give any funds to Mr. [redacted] due to Mr. [redacted] would misuse of the funds and bills would not be paid and Mrs. [redacted] L [redacted] would not get the funds she needs for care for her. Mr.[redacted] has been warned not to harassed ,Slander, and personal attack J.C..Neroli's and their team. The St Ann Police Dept was contacted 4 times on this and Mr. [redacted] has called 15 plus times doing so. As far as the items the fine china and the dolls have been sold they are still over 100 dolls in the house J.C. Neroli's is NOT in any procession of any of the [redacted] Estate. Mr. [redacted] was givin an up to date sales tracker sheet and the amount of sales $4,416.00 $500.00 was taken out and mailed to Mr. [redacted], bringing the total to $3,916.00. are help and there time was paid out in the amount of $450.00 bringing total to $3,283. J.C.Neroli's was paid 20% pay out of $1,641.00 bringing that total amount to $1,642,00 to RE: [redacted] L. [redacted] to the nursing home to take care of [redacted] and NO funds will be sent to Mr. [redacted]. The Stonebridge Nursing home will get it to put on [redacted] books for care.
J.C. Neroli's sent Mr.[redacted] a certifed letter that he is in breach of the contract another copy of his contract and a up to date inventory list . The car was sold for 1,500 and J.C. Neroli's paid for the dup title cost of $11.00 and paid for the sAle permit for two days at $10.00.by J.c.Neroli's we has all docs to back all this up if needed . ( once again Mr. [redacted] will Not get any of the funds Mrs [redacted] will get it to take care of her while she is in the care of the Stonebridge Nursing home for her care .
