I had a contractor friend, do an addition to my house in '09. I own a number of rentals and usually use SPE but my friend said he had a good working relationship with Indian Air so I deferred and let him use Indian Air. 4 years later I paid your company $280 to do a service repair. On 6-1, I was informed by Indian Air that the compressor was shot and that it would cost $3,200 to replace. I called Brian, at SPE, and asked him to check it out. He checked with Fujitsu customer support and was told that the system just needed to be disconnected and reconnected after 5 minutes, to reboot. I did that and the system now works fine and has been in continual since.
Although I received a refund for the service call, I could very well have been out $3,200 had I not gotten a second opinion.

The owner came out and gave me a replacement quote. I was very, very pleased. He was so friendly and really took the time to explain things to me.
We had such a great experience with Indian Air that we wanted to share this news with everyone. We had Indian Air service our HVAC, Jason and his employee were not only professional, they answered all my questions, and most importantly they were on time! I would recommend Indian Air without any hesitation.
