Company states: We understand the consumer is frustrated and will send a check and a letter of apology

I am rejecting this response because: All I asked for was an invoice for the work performed, not a letter of apology?I cannot get paid from my property owner if I cannot show what this company did?This is a simple request, send an itemized statement, I cannot understand WHY they Refuse to do this?
