I am rejecting this response because: we never would of had to pay for anything past the timing belt and sensor had his mechanics bot screwed up the jobs no matter how much of a discount he gave us. Ok so three coupons for an oil change. Happy is an over statement more like I didnt show madness over something I didnt feel he should be charging us for and that was before the other things that had to be fixed. Yes he dealt with my husband as I am always at work. I am asking 250$ refund come back to us out of all the extea cost the company has charged for fixing repairs needed on our car that his people messed up. Three to four times. One time charging us was enough. But then you kept charging us for garage time and more labor. Where was his responsibility being as how it is his company. I already paid top dollar for the car.

There is a lot of confusion in this complaint, [ Lies ]. We have delt with the husband on all of these repairs, [ three visits to the garage ] he was very well pleased with the way we handled the situations. Stuff does happen when working on automobiles!! They had a cam sensor replaced, a timing...

belt and water pump replaced, a power steering tank replaced and a power steering pump replaced. On one visit I gave her three oil change coupons, [Free ] She was very happy with that. I gave her the parts I my level 5 discount.  Their total labor on all these visits was $655.00.  the husband liked the mechanic so well, He gave him a $100.00 tip! normal rates at most shops would have been around $1800.00, total all three visits. just a timing belt and water pump job alone at most shops would have been around $1000.00, [parts and labor]. We tried to do our very best on this situation, The husband loved us the wife did not.
