I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and I do not agree with their plan of actionI should not have to wait for their other customer to ship my item back to them and then shipped to meThey made the mistake and should
ship a replacement directly form the warehouseIf this is the manner in which they conduct business they really need to reevaluate their business plans, policies, and practicesI am a paying customer who was severely inconvenienced by CeX and they truly expect me to be further inconvenienced? But they already have my money so why bother attempting to correct this mistake?
