I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] gave me minimum information after the purchase, not prior to He gave me the contest of lien and other misc documents because one HOA alerted me of several different issues that [redacted] did not discuss me before I purchased itThe e communications confirming there were no liens, fees, and clear title came from [redacted] misrepresenting his itemThe right information came from other parties and sources that had dealings with *** [redacted] you shouldn't take this matter lightly and this issue is unresolved [redacted] uses the general release to protect himself from damages and liabilitesThe general release woudn't be necessary if you were an honorable business personExplain to me again why I gave you $15,cash and the deed you recorded said $Are you avoiding .California taxes, what's the purpose

This is a response to *** *** complaintResponse to her statement: Unit was auctioned "as is" "where is" cash sale only with no refundsUnit has marketable title and clearly stating for bidders to do their due diligence and only bid for auction if you are serious bidderHOA filed lien from
previous owner which they lost their rights to, during court foreclosure auction when JCS purchased unitLien was not legitimate and JCS filed contest of lien which they failed to defend thus causing lien to be void per Florida lawsThis was clearly explained to *** and all legal documents were forwarded to her to assist her in the understanding of this unitAll HOA fees associated with ownership of unit by JCS were paid and no default was made, therefore no past due HOA fees were owed by JCSDesired settlement: JCS incurred additional legal expenditures trying to explain to *** that unit was fineJCS prides it self on its 100% positive feedback on auctions and repeat customers along with many referralsJCS does not need to advertise to boost its salesIts unfortunate that *** misunderstood what she was buying, however just last month *** sold this unit for a substantial profit of possibly $14,Do not see why she would complaint about itClearly affirming that unit had marketable title as advertisedAttached is deed of sale from ***Again, unit was sold from JCS to *** "as is" where is" no refunds with a general releaseWe do not understand why *** would ask for a refund on something she does not ownThis matter requires no further consideration by JCS and matter is closed Thank you, *** *** JCS Future Investment Properties, LLC

Explain to me again why I gave you $15,000.00 cash and the deed you recorded said $10.00. Are you avoiding .California taxes, what's the purpose.
