I am writing in regard to Perfect Color and Cut and the overcharging on my credit card that I did not approve.

I am submitting copies of pages 16-19 of the initial mailing as well as a copy of the "Success System Fast-Response Acceptance Form" where you will see that in none of this correspondence does it indicate future charges of $67 per month.

This company also has no contact via phone except to purchase their program When I did follow their protocol using email only it took four days to reply. I find this frustrating and unethical behavior. See attached copy of email. She did not send me a copy of a receipt with my payment detail as she indicates in this email correspondence. I ask that you investigate this company and file my complaint.
