I paid Jeff to mow my lawn and he did a terrible job. Left highspots and a lot of unload spot. When I addressed these issues all he gave me was excuses instead of fixing the problem. I sent him pictures probably about 10 pictures explaining to him that his job was unacceptable. He told me to stop texting him and to leave him alone and to not bother him again. This is not acceptable if he is running a business and I am paying money I expect it to be done right and no excuses and for him to give me an attitude about it that is unacceptable. I have pictures and everything to prove my validity of my complaint and my issue. I am writing to you because he told me to leave him alone. But the job was unsatisfactory and he should make it better instead of telling me to leave him alone. What kind of businessman is that I asked him is that how you treat all your customers?

On 4/17/2020 I cut the lawn on ***, Temple, PA *** for ***, as I have cut once before! After leaving the property I received a call from the tenant *** complaining of the mow job. I returned to the property and spoke with ***, she was very agitated! I explained she has holes, ruts, drainage areas that where mowed and they are different grass. I even redid the grass she complained about. After I left she constantly texted me to complain. "If you eat the steak, you have to pay for it."
I am returning her money voluntarily because I don't need "Nasty" customers like herself!
I've also contacted legal authorities of her harassing nature. I'm aware she has a history of this!
I have 15 customers and never once had a complaint from any of them!
I cut her grass on 4/17/2020 just like I did on past occasions! I didn't have a issue before! I suggest she gets off drugs & get a job!
