This customer ordered from us via our website in August of 2015. Unfortunately, the customer did receive a defective set of lights. We immediately provided a [redacted] label to get these lights back. We made the customer aware that we were not able to send out a free set of lights, and would need the...

defective lights back first. Once we received the lights back, we (JD Auto) sent a replacement order to this customer. To this day we are unsure how, but our returns department shipped back the same defective lights. We again, jumped right in to help. A new label was provided, but this time, we shipped out a new set of lights Next Day Air, free of charge to the customer, once we saw movement on the tracking.  This was in September. The customer was happy with the lights, as we spoke with them on the phone while they opened the package. They confirmed it was brand new, and were satisfied. November 2015, the customer contacted us in regards to the lights being defective again. We again, offer to help, but the first photo provided, was not a good angle or clarity, which made the lights look at they had backed into something. We requested a new set of photos, which did show the small deformity of the film on the lights peeling after a frost. The customer demanded that we ship out a brand new set of lights, before they return the “defective” lights.  They then demanded that we again Next Day Air another set of lights. After being in constant contact with the customer via phone and email – we showed the customer another brand of lights which has a much better warranty and are built better, which we would exchange them for, no extra cost. The customer declined and requested another set of the lights they had received.   We are currently in the process of waiting for the customer to send back the defective lights to send out another new set.
