Dear better Business Representative:In reference a letter received from you about case ID ***The customer has approached you brought his vehicle to my business using a towing serviceThe vehicle was evaluated and we gave the diagnosis to vehicle's owner, he approved the following work was
done in his vehicle: replace of transmission, oil box, wheel bearing, ABS sensor and Torque converter, He agreed to pay the amount of $3,for this job.As the owner explains, we replace three transmissions in the vehicle, this involved a delay in the work, considering the time to disassemble, wait for delivery of the new transmission and install it again, and this was done three timesConsidering all the delay we make a discount of S and the final amount the customer payment was $2,200.00.After installing the third transmission, the car was picked up by the owner, not without first performing a test drive in the company of the ownerSome days after the car was delivered, the customer return and said the vehicle had problem with reverseBecause the transmission had been replaced three times, it was thought that a better option was to bring the vehicle to the dealer for a new diagnosisThe dealer gave the following diagnosis: vehicle problems in electric line systemThis is an additional problem that was solved already in the vehicle, and whose payment the owner has stopped.Additional to this letter, I am sending you a copy of the dealer diagnostic and stop payment the vehicle owner put to his credit card.If you have an on or concern about the matter above, please do not hesitate to contact me.SincerelyJose L*** Manager
