our records and reviewed our security video that shows the transaction. It appears that the drinks were ordered from a bartender and then prepared by the same bartender and finally paid for with a credit card. The drinks and charges were made at 7:08pm on Saturday, August 15.I have attached a copy of the itemized signed receipt. The following drinks were ordered and paid for in a single transaction with a credit card:1 well vodka @ $4.753 Bombay Saphire @ $7.75 each3 Batman @ $7.75 each1 Ginger Ale @ $21 Miller Lite Draft @ $31 Double Parrot Bay @ $11.50 After our review of the transaction we believe the charge was made properly.If you have any questions or would like to discuss this further I can be reached at our office until 6pm today and from 10am-6pm tomorrow. As you will note, he contradicted several of his original claims including getting an itemized receipt and signing his own tab. Attached is the itemized, signed receipt he was presented.response 1:They weren’t, I was paying for 3 batman bombs. Your bartender was a smartass and said this guys buying the first round. I SAID NO I’M BUYING FOR 3. He charged me for everyone we came in with, I found out yesterday none of my other friends paid and I never said I was paying for them. I filed a complaint with better business burea. I never ok’d paying for anything but the 3 batman bombs. response 2:If you can listen to the footage I was telling a large black gentleman I had his drink. I originally ordered 2 and my friend set one up for him which I said I would take care of. I said I got this round you’ll get me later in which you bartender shouted to everyone he got this round order what you want and I said no. At the point he ran my card I didn’t get the itemized list and signed a receipt not realizing he charged me for everyones. Its my mistake for not reading while I was drinking, but I clearly told your bartender 3 batman bombs and he ran my card with everyone’s drinks on it which I didn’t agree to purchaseresponse 3:I know it’s not your fault, I appreciate you looking into it and replying, its just I never agreed to pay for all that, so I’m none to happy with your bartender. When he asked anyone if they wanted anything else on MY TAB I stated no, just those 3 and he still ran it. Obviously I had been drinking and didn’t look at the bill once he ran it and even tipped him.
they should be able to review there own video and see I ordered 2 batman bombs and agreed to get my third friend one. i never said I would pay for everyone at the bar.
