My husband and I came in to review and test drive a car that you had for saleThere were a few small concerns with the car that we were assured would be looked at before it could be sold to usA shake in the steering and squeak in the backWe were told that these issues would be taken to the mechanicAt the end of our time, we said we were interested in the carWe were told that it would be mid week sometime (this week) before the car should be ready and in the meantime were told we would be sent the financing application information
This arrived on Sunday around noon
On Monday we made and apt with our chosen lender and on Tuesday I had an aptI kept in touch with our salesperson letting him know exactly what was an estimated time frame for for us to have everything in order on on our endI asked him to let us know when the mechanics diagnosis came back and promised to keep in touchI let our salesman know that it looked like we would have the money in hand by Friday at the latestHe came back and said he had other interested parties, but did not at any time lead me to believe hat I didn't have first choiceI then went to my lender to explain that the sooner I had the money the better and then emailed our salesman back to let him know that it had all been arranged and I would have the money in hand the next day by noon and asked if we could make a tentative time and place to meet(I live out of the area and reminded him of this which is why I asked for tentative as I might end up being there earlier or later) I was contacted via email and told that he still had serious interest by others and that they were willing to buy the car and could come that same dayThat was itI emailed back asking for a further explanation of what this meant and was contacted a few hours later and told that the car had been sold
I wasn't told that it would be a first person to arrive with the cash would get it kind of transactionI wasn't even given a full hours after being told the car was sound after the mechanics check up to make this happen on my end A terrible experience and I would definitely never attempt to purchase a vehicle from JD Brokers after this experience
