that was on 02/08/On 03/24/*** brought the vehicle in for a security and starting issue, she was given a loaner vehicle and the neon was taken to a Dodge dealership to have the problem diagnosed and repairedThe Dodge dealership replaced the skim module and programmed two new keys and the car was given back to *** All of the above repairs were covered under warrantyOn 04/17/*** came in stating she was having problems starting her car again, her vehicle was taken to the Dodge dealership again to diagnose the problem, and she was offered a loaner vehicle which she refusedOn 04/18/*** went to the Dodge dealership and demanded her car before any diagnostics or repairs could be donePlease contact me with any questions at email *** or ***

To Whom It May Concern... My name is [redacted] & I have been a collector for [redacted] for almost 17 years now... I can honestly say that in my time with this company I have never used any type of vulgar language to any of our customers...
otherwise I would probably not have my job any longer... we have had issues with [redacted] for the past year regarding late habitual payments on her account... I have worked w/her to get back on track & up to date but each time she falls delinquent again... she has a history of no response to our messages as well... most of the time she will send her boyfriend in with payment & ask him to get a message to her that it's important she call to which he has replied he's not her keeper... I in no way said anything to the other collector regarding her as a human being... she did tell me that she had children but only got support from 1 of the childrens Dads & the other she didn't because he lived with her... I advised I understood but procedures must be followed & have helped her all I could... since this incident the customer has made 4 payments on time... before that we had 2 on time in the past year almost... if I can be of further service please feel free to contact me at [redacted]nk You !
